The Company
When Alex began to take his first steps in the coffee industry, starting as an operator of automatic vending machines in a company based in Milan, Vending System Italia, and in a short time moving to technical service of the same, after a few years he becomes part of the technical staff of another company but this time based in Caldera di Reno, Bologna. Under the direction and technical supervision of the technical chief Alberto Albate. During that period he consolidated his knowledge in the repair and maintenance of industrial coffee machines, which, because of his love for it, led him in 2008 to open a Bar Cafeteria in the city of Bologna el Sals a Café de García Rodriguez Alexeis and SNC, in which he joined his technical knowledge of machines to the preparation and creation of coffee-based drinks.
